KCAC swimmers race at the KCAC Intra Squad Meet, January 11... 

Beginning the second half of our winter season we raced each other and had a great time. We had twenty five of our swimmers racing at this meet. This meet was a great opportunity for all of our swimmers to get to know each other better and build team spirit. Right off the bat our swimmers sprinted the butterfly and that carried on through the backstroke, breaststroke, and freestyle events.

All of our swimmers are doing so much better at sprinting at race pace. That will help us so much when we get to the championship meets at the end of the season. Our starts are so much more explosive and our kicks are improving on a daily basis. Way to go K.C.A.C. swimmers!!!

As always we dined on Goldfish Crackers and bottled after the meet. Thank you again to all of our K.C.A.C. parents for helping out timing.
